This role is responsible for Formalizing the Company's Policies, Procedures, and Processes. Also, the Corporate Operational Excellence Section Head should maintain the operational efficiency of all processes across all functions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities
1.Attend meetings with departments to identify gaps in operational workflows and gather insights for improvement.
2.Draft business processes, comparing the current state to the desired future state, and submit them for review.
3.Develop and maintain standardized templates and a comprehensive document referencing system, ensuring consistency and clarity in documentation.
4.Follow up on process automation initiatives to ensure alignment with recommended improvements.
5.Monitor the implementation of systems to ensure all workflows align with established benchmarks and business objectives.
6.Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) meetings with departments to validate system functionality before live implementation.
7.Regularly review and update existing processes to address new bottlenecks or operational challenges arising from evolving business requirements.
8.Propose new processes and operational workflows to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
9.Collaborate with all departments to ensure that all operational requirements are addressed and effectively implemented.
Non-Technical Responsibilities
1.Timely submission of departments’ periodical reports to the direct manager.
2.Collaborate with the direct manager to establish team goals and performance metrics and track progress toward achieving team objectives.
3.Oversee the daily operations of the team providing guidance, support, and motivation to meet departmental targets.
4.Assign tasks and responsibilities to the team based on priorities and workload.
5.Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, address challenges, and monitor action plan progress.
6.Model organizational values in all interactions and decisions.
7.Identify the team’s performance gaps and provide constructive feedback to team members.
8.Fulfill the direct reports' development plans and ensure continuous professional development.
