Key Responsibilities
- Brief agencies to build full brand identity and positioning
- Lead ATL campaigns (TV, radio, outdoor, print, cinema)
- Oversee digital and social media strategy
- Collaborate with development, sales, and CX teams
- Maintain brand guidelines and review high-impact assets
- Track campaign performance and present insights to leadership
Qualifications
- 3–4 years in strategic marketing, branding and ATL campaign execution
- Strong storytelling and creative briefing skills
- Experience in real estate developers
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management
- Detail-oriented with a passion for brand building
