Senior Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Brief agencies to build full brand identity and positioning
  • Lead ATL campaigns (TV, radio, outdoor, print, cinema)
  • Oversee digital and social media strategy
  • Collaborate with development, sales, and CX teams
  • Maintain brand guidelines and review high-impact assets
  • Track campaign performance and present insights to leadership

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years in strategic marketing, branding and ATL campaign execution
  • Strong storytelling and creative briefing skills
  • Experience in real estate developers
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for brand building
