• Technical Responsibilities
• 1. Assist in identifying and evaluating real estate investment opportunities specific to the designated region, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• 2. Conduct regional market research to analyze economic, demographic, and environmental variables impacting project viability.
• 3. Contribute to the creation of business plans for regional projects, providing insights relevant to their potential.
• 4. Collaborate with local stakeholders and partners during the due diligence process to assess opportunities effectively.
• 5. Implement and refine the project’s business plan for regional projects, ensuring adherence to the Gateways Framework.
• 6. Establish and monitor the master development schedule for regional projects, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
• 7. Work with the design team to define and achieve desired design efficiencies, themes, and KPIs for regional projects.
• 8. Track and report on the financial and non-financial KPIs specific to regional projects.
• 9. Monitor and approve regional design activities (RFPs, submissions, meetings) in collaboration with the design management team.
• 10. Work with the business development team to support pricing strategies based on regional market dynamics.
• 11. Prepare project status reports for the Head of Development, updating on regional project progress.
• 12. Monitor construction progress for regional projects to ensure compliance with project specifications and client promises.
• 13. Assist in coordinating and managing launch activities for new regional projects and districts.
• 14. Help develop project execution plans in collaboration with the construction team for regional initiatives.
• 15. Participate in value engineering initiatives specific to regional projects to enhance project performance.
• 16. Attend design meetings to ensure regional deliverables align with project vision and objectives.
• 17. Manage in the handover of regional projects to the Clients & Communities Team after construction completion.
• Non-Technical Responsibilities
• 18. Develop and communicate a clear vision for the team in alignment with organizational goals and ensure
• the cascading of strategic objectives to the sub-departmental level.
• 19. Ensure team goals and performance metrics are met and track progress toward achieving strategic objectives.
• 20. Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, address challenges, and monitor action plan progress.
• 21. Model organizational values in all interactions and decisions.
• 22. Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, provide constructive feedback, and recognize accomplishments.
• 23. Fulfill the direct reports' development plans and ensure continuous professional development.
• 24. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes open communication, teamwork, and high morale.
• 25. Lead initiatives to improve processes and implement changes effectively within the team.
• 26. Timely submission of departments’ periodical reports to Top Management.
